We guarantee a money back refund if you are not 100% happy with your online purchase from Peppers Building Supplies.
If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time.
**Please note any timber purchases are treated separately as timber is graded by sawmills upon purchase. For any discrepancies in grading please contact our office to discuss on 07 3046312.
Products will need to be returned to Peppers Building Supplies Limited within 15 days of receipt by you.
Please contact us first via email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we know to expect your return and we can advise you of a suitable return address.
Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they, and their packaging are still in a condition that they can be resold for full original retail price, you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges and any discounts received at the time of purchase.
Any courier costs you incur to return product to us will not be refunded unless we have made an error. Courier costs are generally non refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error. When an error has been made on our part and the product you received is not as expected please notify us to discuss covering your postage costs.
If an item has not performed or lasted to its expected time period or warranty period you can contact us at any time to discuss a resolution. Peppers Building Supplies always aims to bring you products which offer you good value for money so if you are unhappy please let us know and remember you are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
